THE FCA EMEGING LEADER EXPERIENCE IS NOW...

THE NEXT CHAPTER FOR STUDENT LEADERS

BECOME AN E3 INFLUENCER

FCA Student Leadership Transition

For the past five years, the Emerging Leader Experience (ELE) has been an incredible journey of equipping and empowering students to lead for Christ. We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside 79+ students, helping them grow in faith, leadership, and impact. Now, we are stepping into a new chapter of student leadership with the E3 Influencer Initiative!

Introducing the E3 Student Leadership Model. As FCA transitions, we are shifting our focus to student leadership huddles and campus-based training through the E3 Influencer Initiative. This new model is designed to equip student leaders to make a lasting impact on their campuses while learning key discipleship and leadership principles.

What Does It Mean to Be an E3 Influencer?

E3 Influencers are student leaders who will champion FCA on their campus, grow deeper in their faith, and be trained to lead with biblical clarity and Gospel-centered impact. This model provides students with the tools, mentorship, and community they need to live out their faith boldly and lead effectively.
